  第一课时

  一.教学目标

  1. 能听懂,会说新单词have a cough,have a headache,have a fever, take medicine,just,have a good rest.

  2. 能理解运用祈使句“What’s wrong with you?”询问他人的身体健康如何。

  3.能用“I have......”进行简单的回答。

  4. 能听懂、会说课文A部分。

  5. 能通过本单元的学习,知道保持身体健康的重要性。

  二.教学重点及难点

  重点:掌握本单元单词。

  难点:medicine和fever的发音。

  三.教学准备

  单词卡片和图片,课件和教学光碟。

  四.教学步骤

  Step One Warm-up

  1.Greeting:

  T: Hello, students. Nice to meet you!

  Ss: Hello, Mr Wu. Nice to meet you, too!

  2.Listen and do

  复习单词head, drink,some,water, rest

  T: Touch your head. Raise your arms. Drink some water.

  Step Two Presentation and drill

  1.T:What’s the weather like today?

  What’s the weather like in spring/summer/autumn/winter?

  引出学过单词cold, hot,并板书

  2. 出示单词卡片。Look at this girl.How about she? Is the girl happy?Why?很自然的引出本单元的主要句型“What’s wrong with the girl?”帮助学生回答She is not well.She doesn’t feel well.

  T: I feel cold. I don’t feel well.和学生一起操练句型。

  3. 用同样的方法教学B部分新单词have a cough,have a headache,have a fever,

  take medicine,have a good rest

  4. 操练句型“What’s wrong with you?”和短语。

  教师请一名学生上台看图片做动作,同时问:“What’s wrong with him/her?”下面的学生猜:He/She......

  Step Three Reading

  1. Read Part A quickly and answer questions:播放教学光碟Part A

  Who is not well? What does she do? Where does she go?

  2. 听课文录音,模仿语音,语调,掌握新词难句的读音。

  3. 帮助学生理解课文的意思,解释其中的难句。

  4. 完成C部分的练习。

  Step Four Consolidation

  1.小组操练,用事先准备好的卡片来说句子,巩固新句型“What’s wrong with you?”

  S1:What’s wrong with you?

  S2:I don’t feel well.

  S3:Let’s go to the school clinic.

  ..........

  2.学生上台表演,老师评价。

  3. Homework:

  Rewrite the new words and phrases five times

  第二课时

  一.教学目标

  1. Reviewing the words: have a cough,have a headache,have a fever, take medicine,just,

  have a good rest.并能理解enjoy themselves,invite,check

  2. 能够理解并能阅读 the story Part D

  3. 能根据实际情况运用主要句型“What’s wrong with you?”

  4. 了解英语格式的书写格式。

  Teaching importance and difficulties:

  2.重点:运用句型“What’s wrong with you?”并能理解课文 Part D.

  难点:正确运用祝福语。

  三.教学准备

  单词卡片和图片,课件和教学光碟。

  四.教学步骤

  Step One Warm-up

  1. Have a greeting.

  2. 连锁问答。

  教师向学生提问:“I don’t feel well.What’s wrong with me”可以根据图片进行问答。

  Step Two Presentation and drill

  1.Part D.Let’s read.(播放教学光碟)

  1)Read and choose.边听边判断,了解故事大意。

  Dino didn’t feel well.( )

  Tim didn’t want to take Dino to the hospital( )

  2) Listen and circle.

  1)出示Anne生病的图片。

  2)学生看书,与同桌一起完成填空练习。

  3)Finish Part E.

  1)听录音,学生理解。

  2)小组合作制作卡片.

  1. 写一封给 Dino生病的信,然后教师选择最佳作业进行做比较。
